Upt 2.5 Hanger 12 & 64 Renovation

Set aside 100% for a Women-owned Small Business. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to renovate two different facilities in support for the 560th Flying Training Squadron. The Contractor shall start work on Hangar 12, then proceed to Hangar 64. Starting with Hangar 12, work shall consist of demolishing ceiling grid, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, removal of existing walls, door frames with doors, HVAC duct lines, carpet tiles, and abatement of joint compound on inner walls. Hangar 64 work shall include installation of water line, vent and connection to drain lines for a washing machine and dryer. Both Hanger 12 and Hanger 64 are located on Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph (JBSA-RND) Texas (TX)
