Flintco, as the Construction Manager, is requesting Subcontractor's Lump Sum Bid Proposals for work related to the UT Microelectronic & Engineering Research Center: Cleanroom Expansion, Phase B-2. Microelectronics & Engineering Research Center: Cleanroom BuildOut and Expansion, Ph B-2, Bid Package - Demolition Package B2X, B2Y, B2 South Location- JJ Pickle Research Campus - 10100 Burnet Road Austin, Texas 78758 This project involves renovation of existing lab and cleanroom space inside the MER Building. The build back includes cleanroom walls, ceiling, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security and life safety upgrades. The proposals being requested are for the following scopes of work: 01 - Site Maintenance * 02 - Demolition 22 - Plumbing Make Safe 23 - Mechanical Make Safe 26 - Electrical Make Safe If you would like to propose and have not received an invitation, please contact Shannon Brunner at (512) 822-7468 and/or shannon.brunner@flintco.com to request an invitation. This project includes renovation of existing space in the MER building, build back of cleanroom walls, ceilings and associated MEP, fire alarm, and security scopes of work. This scope specifically includes demolition and make safe of all MEP systems.
