RFQ D/B - I-16 Frontage Rd fm US280/SR30 to CR11/Jernigan Rd

GDOT intends to solicit responses for design and construction services for a new frontage road south of I-16, from US 280 / SR 30 to near CR 11 / Jernigan Road in Bryan County. This new frontage road will consist of four travel lanes (two lanes in both directions), a median, and rural shoulders. The frontage road will include a temporary traffic signal at US 280 / SR 30 until a permanent roundabout is installed during a subsequent project. This project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a Two-Phase Low Bid (Shortlist) method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the project. Include in the email three available 30-minute time slots (ranked in order of preference), the name, title, and company of those individuals who will be attending the one-on-one WebEx meeting with an email address for each individual in order for Georgia DOT to send the login information for attendance. Only provide email addresses of the person(s) who will participate in the WebEx on behalf of your team, not to exceed six (6) persons. In response, Georgia DOT will send out a meeting invitation including a specified date, time and secured login information within the period noted above. To ensure confidentiality of the one-on-one meeting, do not forward the meeting invitation.
