Queen Creek/East Mesa Adms/P Update On-Call

The Queen Creek/East Mesa Area Drainage Master Study/Plan Update (ADMS/P U) will recommend regional strategies to mitigate flooding hazards for the Queen Creek/East Mesa area. The total watershed area is approximately 110 square miles and is located in southeast Maricopa County within the City of Mesa, Towns of Gilbert and Queen Creek, and Pinal County. The primary goal of the study is to conduct alternatives formulation and analysis to mitigate existing flood risks. The proposed recommended alternatives will be incorporated and flood risks will be evaluated. Public Involvement/outreach activities will also be conducted as part of this study. Mapping is being completed in FY20. Study completion date is expected to be in FY22.
