Texas Facilities Commission - DM - 2022-2023 - BP - 1 - SHB MEP Upgrades

Flintco, LLC is requesting proposals for the TFC Statewide DM BP1 - SHB MEP Upgrades. The project includes the replacement and reconfiguration of (4) AHU's, replacement of chilled water and heating water piping serving the AHU's; replacement of all VAV terminal units (approx. 200); modifications to existing HVAC; cleaning, coating and disinfecting and sealing of existing to remain supply ductwork within the mechanical rooms; removal of abandoned kitchen equipment; replacement of all exhaust fans; removal of existing pump ventilation fan and provision of chilled water fan coil unit; replacement of existing chilled water pump; replacement of heating water pump; replacement of the steam-to-heating-water converter; replacement of all accessible fiberglass insulation on existing ton chilled water piping; replacement of antiquated HVAC system controls as needed; replacement all pneumatic actuators serving life safety dampers; replacement of stairwell pressurization fans and associated accessories; replacement of secondary pumps serving the west utility tunnel. This project will require the following services: plumbing, mechanical and electrical. This project includes Prevailing Wages.
