Environmental Service Center Design-Build

As of January 24, 2023, an award recommendation has been made, but the information is not yet public. All construction should be substantially completed by August 31, 2025. *The solicitation information is listed below. Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Property Management Department, seeks a qualified construction manager/design team consisting of an architectural and engineering firm (“Consultant”) and general construction contractor (“Contractor”) for design, engineering, and construction services to complete the design and construction of a new Ramsey County Environmental Service Center on Ramsey County property located at 1700 Kent Street, Roseville, Minnesota (“Project”). Project services will be provided utilizing a design-build delivery method organized in two parts, with each part subject to a separate agreement. Part 1 will result in a design of sufficient detail to permit the successful proposer to arrive at a Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP") for the Project. Part 2 will include development of construction documents, bidding multiple packages and providing complete construction phase services, including construction management. While complete construction services are included in the scope of work under this RFP, the Contractor will be allowed to self-perform only those portions of the work for which it is the low responsible bidder on one (or more) of the multiple bid packages.
