Washed in Soil) - 210 Cy Type Sp 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,c) - 788 Ton 18 Perforated Pvc Pipe Sewer W/ Coarse Filter Aggregate and Geotextile Filter - 360 Lf 6 Pvc Pipe Sewer (Sanitary Service Pipe) - 255 Lf B612 Concrete Curb and Gutter - 756 Lf 6 Concrete Walk - 216 Sy 6 Stamped Colored Concrete Walk - 743 Sf Permeable Articulating Concrete Block - 3,264 Sf 4 Solid Line Paint (White) - 6,608 Lf Lighting Unit Type Special - 3 Each Underground Wire - 4,075 Lf There will not be a Prebid Meeting for this project. Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $30 at the time of bid submission electronically. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by SEH dated March 25, 2022 Any person monitoring the meeting remotely may be responsible for any documented costs. Bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract with the City to perform the work described in the proposal. This deposit will be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The deposits for the three lowest bidders will be retained by the City until the contract has been awarded and executed but not longer than sixty (60) days. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, in the best interest of the City. For Bids exceeding $50,000, the Bidder shall submit to the City a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3 on the Responsible Contractor Verification Form included with the Bid Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
