Description

The work is in two parts. The work under this contract consists of repairing the damage caused by a vehicle hitting the building. Work includes removing and replacing steel studs, exterior sheathing, sheetrock and insulation. In addition, repair water damage in the office to make the office habitable. Scope of work to include repairing suspended ceiling grid, new suspended ceiling tiles, installing gypsum wallboard over existing framing at damaged areas and painting in accordance with plan.
