| Description | Remove and replace the existing 3rd Floor AHU, serving approximately 14,000 square feet of office space at 505 Hudson Street, Hartford, Connecticut. This floor is currently unoccupied and will serve as swing space as needed for future floor renovations. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the demolition and replacement of the existing air handling equipment, duct replacement as required, and the replacement of all VAVs and Fan Powered VAVs within the space. Removal and reconnection of electrical power for HVAC equipment is required. Remove and replacement of suspended ceiling is required for above ceiling work.
