As of August 4, 2022, an engineer and design builder has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated to take place in September of 2023, and construction is estimated for first quarter of 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Design-build Services for Water Conserv I WRF Rehabilitation and Expansion. Contractor(s) shall furnish the design services and construction services specified in the RFP for the Design-Build Services for Water Conserv I WRF Rehabilitation and Expansion. Question End Date 4/12/2021 5:00 PM Selected Respondent(s) shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Proposals, or to re-advertise. The schedule for the completion of the Project should not exceed 1,920 days, from Notice to Proceed for the Preconstruction Phase through Final Completion. Notice to Proceed will be issued by the City's Project Manager to the DB Firm upon execution of the Phase I contract.
