Replacement of Doors with Handicap Accessibility Controls

Shall include the following four (4) doors: Each entrance has 110v power available. 1) North End Main Entrances A & B: a) There are two (2) separate entrances. b) Each opening to include a new 3’0 x 7’0 door and frame with fixed and automatic door opener. i) Medium stile door, 3’0 x 7’0 in size with panic hardware for each opening. The doors will have the following: (1) 1 ½ pair butt hinges, (2) 10” bottom rails, (3) panic hardware, (4) electric strike, and (5) standard 4” bottom thresholds. ii) The sidelites will be fabricated out of thermally broken aluminum. (1) Glass in doors and sidelites will be 1” insulated units with low E coating. (2) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. (3) Exterior and interior caulking to be included in price. iii) The automatic door openers will be single ADA automatic door openers. (1) Each entrance will have an interior and exterior wireless push plate, (2) Transmitters, and (3) Door mounted re-open sensors. 2) Door located at departure gate after TSA screening departure side: a) Install new commercial door, b) Door frame with 3’6 x 7’0 door transom frame and i) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. c) Surface mounted closure and lock system d) Install electric strike for connection with security system. 3) South End Main Entrance, 1st floor. There are two separate entrances. This primary entrance faces the parking lot and roadway: a) South End Main Entrance with existing Double Doors, 1st floor: i) Remove the existing double door frame and ii) Install a new 3’0 x 6’8 door with non-transom door frame, (1) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. (2) Sidelite (a) will be 1” insulated units with low E coating (3) Glass (a) will be 1” insulated units with low E coating (4) One (1) new automatic door opener will be included on this new entry way. Bid each alternate separately. Each location has 110v power available. 1) South End Main Entrance, 1st floor. Secondary smaller entrance door: a) Furnish and install new commercial door, i) Will need to install a new 3’0 x 7’0 door, (1) Transom door frame (a) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. (2) Glass sidelites (a) 1” insulated units with low E coating, (3) Frame (a) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. (4) Glass, (a) 1” insulated units with low E coating (5) Automatic door opener in same opening (6) Includes exterior and interior caulking 2) North End Entrance, 2nd floor: a) Furnish and install new automatic door openers on existing exterior and interior pairs of doors. i) One (1) opener will be included on active leaf only of each pair of doors (1 opener on exterior pair, 1 opener on interior pair). ii) Install automatic openers wireless push plates and iii) Install new weather stripping to both sets of doors. 3) South End Entrance 2nd floor: a) Install new automatic door openers on existing exterior pair of doors. i) One (1) opener will be included on the active leaf only of the pair of doors ii) Install wireless push plates on active leaf only. 4) South Entrance, 1st Floor near Homeland Security office: a) Install new automatic door openers on existing doors b) Furnish new automatic opener with interior and exterior wireless push plate operators and transmitters. 5) Door located at arrival gate 4 exterior side: a) Install new commercial door, i) Door frame with 3’6 x 7’0 door transom frame ii) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish b) Surface mounted closure and lock system c) Install electric strike for connection with security system
