Construction Engineering and Inspection Services 183 North Project

Providing Construction Engineering & Inspection Services (CE&I) for construction of the 183 North Project in Travis and Williamson Counties. Professional services solicited by this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) include, but are not limited to, project management, construction engineering and inspection, survey, and materials testing. The selected Respondent shall oversee, review, validate and document construction activities performed by the Contractor. The 183 North Project extends approximately 9 miles from SH 45 North/RM 620 to State Loop 1 (MoPac), and includes construction of four express lanes (two in each direction) and widening of the existing US 183 to bring the total number of general-purpose lanes to four in each direction. Other improvements include the addition of direct connector ramps providing access between the existing southbound Express Lane on MoPac and the proposed Express Lanes on US 183, a new shared-use path, new sidewalks, cross-street connections for bicyclists/pedestrians, and other improvements and widening as necessary.
