RFP Design - Renovating a Portion of the Human Services Building

Architectural and Engineering Services for Renovating a Portion of the Human Services Building Ingham County, on behalf of the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, Ingham Counties (CMHA-CEI),solicits proposals from experienced and qualified firms and individuals for the purpose of entering into a contract to provide architectural and engineering services for renovating a portion of the Human Services Building(HSB). Renovating the HSB will allow CMHA-CEI to expand its Families Forward program (which is currently located on the first and second floors of the HSB). Any explanation desired by a proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, attention James C. Hudgins, Jr. at questions@ingham.org. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on April 29, 2021. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
