Description | The Natural History Museum of Utah has need of a modular, reconfigurable wall system. This type of wall system consists of a number of panels about 1.2 meters wide. Some are 3 meters high, some are 4 meters high. They must incorporate a locking system that allows the walls to be fastened together at the edges, making it possible to build long runs of straight wall with several panels. There must be a system for connecting wall sections together in “X”, “T”, and “L” configurations as well. 1. 3 meter high walls: 62 running meters (approximately 52 segments). 2. 4 meter high walls: 16 running meters (approximately 14 segments). 3. 3 meter high walls reinforced for mounting up to 150 kg: 28 running meters (approximately 24 segments). 4. 4 meter high walls reinforced for mounting up to 150 kg:32 running meters (approximately 27 segments). |
