| Description | The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish to the Board of Water Works Trustees of the Des Moines Water Works, the estimated requirement of citric acid, of 13,300 gallons for the year of 2023. This citric acid will be used for the municipal water supply. The undersigned hereby states this product meets or exceeds the latest revision of AWWA Standard, is ANSI/NSF 60 approved for use in potable water, and shall contain 50% citric acid by weight. DMWW reserves the right to conduct any test/inspection it may deem advisable to assure goods and services conform to the specifications. Approximately 13,300 gallons will be delivered to: Saylorville Water Treatment Plant 6500 NW 26th Street Des Moines, IA 50313 The Des Moines Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive informalities in any quotation and to accept the quotation which it determines to be in the best interest of the Des Moines Water Works. |
