Roadway Resurfacing Project Phase 1

Project consists of resurfacing existing roadways SE Trustee Terrace and SE College Place for a distance of 543.12 feet and 1467.88 feet, respectively. Each road has existing dimensions of 22`-0" with 11`-0" lane widths. The 22`-0" resurfaced roadway is to be constructed by milling the existing roadway to a depth of 1.5" minimum and resurfacing the top surface with 1.5" minimum SP9.5 asphaltic concrete. The existing roadway pavement consists of 4.5"-6" of asphaltic concrete with a soil subbase consisting of sand with silt SP-SM. Millings are to be disposed of off-site by contractor. Resurfacing will include parking areas contiguous with the roadway as described in the plans. Also included in the project is placement of an asphalt seal coat over the parking area along SE Trustee Terrace and associated striping of all parking areas and crosswalks included in the project limits of construction.
