| Description | The City of Hillsboro ("City") seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide professional services to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study of all non-represented job classification titles in the City, which includes full and part-time positions. Services provided by the vendor will include making recommendations on any modifications to implement as a result of the study and assisting with the implementation. The City also seeks assistance in setting up and establishing an ongoing classification and compensation review program in order to remain current with changing market conditions into the future. The City will require ongoing classification and compensation-related support services from the selected vendor. |
