Description

1) The emergency generator located atop the Speech & Theatre Building has reached the end of its useful lifespan and has recently experienced breakdowns that indicate that this machine may not reliably function as needed during a power outage. The replacement of the generator is one phase of this contract. 2) A new emergency generator to be installed to feed the West side of campus which will serve Student Life, Carman Hall, Davis Hall, Old Gym, Shuster Hall, Fine Arts and the new Nursing Building currently under construction. Both scopes of work must run concurrently as this work must be completed and signed-off prior to the completion of the Nursing Building.
