The Work includes but is not limited to furnishing and installation of all water main by either trenching or horizontal directional drilling, all valves, curb stops, flush hydrants, and connections to existing water mains. The project is located along U.S. Highway 281 from 104th Street NE and 108th Street, along 104th Street NE from U.S. Highway 281 to 33rd Avenue NE on the South side, along County Road 43 starting at School Section Lake and heading West to U.S. Highway 281, and along 108th Street NE from U.S. Highway 281 to 35th Avenue NE.
