The following work consists of improvements to Ely Basin 3: o Utilize IEUA's drawing to add a gate and increase the height of the existing fencing at the inlet structure on the southeast corner of Ely Basin 3. o The fence shall be designed with the following in mind: o The fence's height shall be increased so that it is at minimum 0.5 feet higher than Ely Basin 3's spillway elevation of 838.5 feet. o The material shall be high security chain link mini mesh fencing, or similar.
