The City of Irwindale is requesting sealed quotations for a performance based contract from qualified individuals or contractors to furnish complete HVAC preventive maintenance services and repair for the City-owned buildings questions from Participants/Contractors are due on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (PST). Questions received from RFQ participants after this date and time will not be answered. The City has the right to reject any and all RFQ's, and to modify the terms of this Request either before or after the deadline for submission of quotations, negotiate with one or more of the Contractors, to call for additional quotations, or to refrain from accepting any quotation
