PA Intercom System Upgrades

Project entails upgrades to existing public address systems at six (6) existing campuses. This project entails upgrades to existing public address systems at six (6) existing campuses. The existing systems are a mix of Telcor and Bogen systems and are approximately 12+ years old. The desire is to upgrade each campus to IP-based public address systems that will provide for global management and functionality as noted below. Features include: A. Ability to initiate emergency response alerts/announcements following the Standard Response Protocol (SRP). This includes Secure [Lockout], Lockdown, Evacuate, and Shelter; B. Ability to create customized and pre-recorded announcements during designated intervals; C. Alerts must be able to be initiated from a web-based interface and target the district, campus, and/or school; D. Ability to create bell schedule calendar for individual school campuses with remote access; E. Ability to adapt and utilize/integrate existing legacy/analog PA, intercom, bell, and clock systems; F. Ability to use network to synchronize date/time for all campuses; and G. Ability to be upgraded to future IP-based systems. Locations include: 1. Booker T.
