Facilities Pre-Engineered/Fabricated Metal Storage Building

BUTTE-GLENN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT (District), acting by and through its Board of Trustees, will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the Contract for the Work generally described as FACILITIES PRE-ENGINEERED/FABRICATED METAL STORAGE BUILDING - PROJECT The base bid in general shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to construct a new 30' x 70' x 10' pre-engineered/fabricated metal building and foundation and slab design and engineering with 01.4 single slope roof. The metal building shall be designed per the 2019 California Building Code, including a 94-m.p.h. wind load, exposure "C" classification, live load, and seismic loading according to the 2019 California Building Code requirements. The Work is a Butte College maintenance project for the storage of air filters for maintenance personnel use. The start date for the project is November 17, 2022 and final completion date is May 31, 2023.
