| Description | This is a non-personnel services blanket purchase agreement to provide Hazardous Material Response Services. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. The Contractor shall provide a rate schedule for fees, identifying rates for all equipment, labor charges, supplies, and administrative fees. A new schedule shall be submitted annually, 30 days before the end of each contract year, and shall be in effect for the following contract year. The Contractor shall provide a 24-hour emergency telephone number to provide West Point with a means of procuring services at any time-of-day. Hazardous material response services include but are not limited to responses to oil or chemical/hazardous material spills on land or water, emergency pump-out of tanks or other containers, natural disaster response, sanitary sewage spills, biological/infectious agent response, emergency lab packing, and emergency waste disposal services. Response with HAZWOPER trained individuals, 29 CFR 1910.120, sampling, remediation, obtaining analysis, interpreting analysis, photographic and written documentation, and packaging if needed. Site Safety and Health Plans may be required, as well as a final written cleanup plan with results of before and after photos and analysis and the sites final disposition in order to comply with NY state reporting requirements. | ||
