FPS Administration Building Exterior Painting

This project includes painting of all facades, canopy posts, ramps, railings, door frames, exterior doors and the cupola. The project should include power wash and wipe down of the entire exterior building to remove dirt, salt and mildew in preparation for painting. Scrape and sand wood around the building priming bare wood with oil-based primer before painting matching existing color with two coats of paint. Prep and paint using high quality paint Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore required. Wire brush any steel to remove rust and prime bare metal with oil base primer before painting and match existing color with two coats Prep and paint concrete ramp and railing. Use drop clothes to catch and remove paint chips from surrounding areas. Sweep/vacuum area to clean up after the job is complete.
