Airbus Engineering Replace HVAC Units

Base Bid - Replace roof top HVAC Units; see equipment listing and as-builts to assist with clarifying the scope of work, see Attachment 'D'. Replace equipment with coil guards and coil coatings suitable for coastal environment. Roof top units: Alternate 1 - additional cost for the installation after normal hours; weekday 4:30PM to 6:00AM / weekends Friday 12 noon to 6:00AM Monday (east side of building units) Alternate 2 - controls Alternate 3 - replace electrical disconnects servicing the roof top units Alternate 4 - test and balance Alternate 5 - mini splits - (2) 1.5 ton and (1) 2 ton Alternate 6 - 5-year preventative maintenance: A. Calibration: Safety, temperature, operating, humidity, pressure, economizer controls and equipment/component gauges. B. Adjustment: Refrigerant charges, purge systems, dampers, valves, un-loaders, bets, ran rpm's, chemical feeds, gas pressure regulators, combustion air ratios, set points igniter and flame assemblies C. Alignments: Open drive couplings, belt sheaves, pulleys, coil fins and belt drives. D. Vibration: Damper linkage, fan bearings, axial vane drive, pumps and motors E. Secure and Tighten: Motor terminals, control terminals piping damps, line fittings, mounting hardware, electrical connections, equipment panels, motor mounts, damper sections, vibrations pad and bolts. f. Cleaning: Control devices, electrical contractors, condensers coils, fan blades and impellers, pilot and burner orifices heat exchangers, igniters, chiller and boiler tubes, tower basins, sump and floats, baffles and fill, nozzles and passages and equipment areas.
