Description

As of 08/15/2022 The bid came in over budget and project was put on hold, will rebid but there is no new schedule yet. **As of July 19, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Cth V Pump Station Improvements Town of Wilson Sanitary District no. 2 Owner. The Town of Wilson Sanitary District no. 2 (Sheboygan County, Wisconsin) (OWNER) is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace a magnetic flow meter. Description of Work. The following summarizes major work items: o Flow Meter and Equipment o remove existing inline magmeter and chart recorder o install a new inline magmeter and data recorder o 4" KROHNE enviromag magnetic flowmeter o 100 feet. DS cable (from meter to data recorder in existing conduit o Model LFC300 converter, wall mount bracket o hardware including but not limited to one (1) - 4" fla nged hymax coupling and two (2) - 4" sst flange connections o no substitutions or equals All work shall comply with the Wisconsin Standard Specifications for Sewer and Water Construction, recent edition. The successful bidder must furnish certificate of liability insurance and Workers Compensation insurance. Contracts will incorporate the District's Standards and General Terms and Conditions. The completion date of project will be negotiated at the time of contract award, but not later than October 15th, 2022. Contractor must substantially complete the work in five (5) consecutive calendar days. Bid Security. A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Wilson Sanitary District no. 2, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid. Legal Provisions. This contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Section 60.47, 62.16(2)(d), and 779.15. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality associated with the bid process, and award the bid deemed most advantageous to the District.
