Paul Brown Stadium Overhead Door Service Calls

Scope of Services Includes: Contractor shall provide properly trained and certified personnel as well as parts, equipment, vehicles, administration, supervision and insurance necessary to repair the Overhead Doors and Electrical Motors located in the Stadium (“Services”). Contractor will be responsible for ordering and installing all replacement parts and removing all failed or damaged parts. Contractor will provide emergency repair and services within five (5) hours of the call/request from the Stadium’s Security Department. Services are to be provided seven days per week/twenty-four hours. Contractor shall provide a thirty (30) day warranty for all service work and a one (1) year warranty for all new parts. Parts that fail due to damages are not covered under the warranty.
