Gordonville Road Water System Extension Midland Charter Township

Approximately 1,350 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC C909 along the north side of Gordonville Road connecting to the west end of an existing 8-inch PVC main across from 1550 South Poseyville Road and running west, dead-ending across from 2810 East Gordonville Road. This includes, but not limited to, the installation of three service leads and two hydrants. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Midland Charter Township, as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Midland Charter Township reserves the rightto accept or reject any or all bids and towaive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
