Section 7-F Sanitary Sewer Project

Bids will be accepted by Treasure Lake Property Owners Association (TLPOA) for the Section 7-F Sanitary Sewer Project. The Bidder shall submit, with the bid, a bid bond, a certificate of insurance for liability, and workman's compensation coverage. The project shall consist of the construction and installation of a new sanitary sewer line to service the 9 new lots in Treasure Lake Section 7-F. There will also be minor paving where the sanitary sewer ties into the existing the sanitary line near the intersection of Treasure Lake Road and Harbor View Road. The project limits begin at the new manhole near the intersection of Treasure Lake Road and Harbor View Road and end at the manhole located on Lot 9 of the TLPOA Section 7-F Subdivision. All work shall be coordinated with TLPOA to schedule work around any events and to provide notice for any alternate parking options.
