| Description | Under the complete design scenario, the Consultant will execute Phase 1 of the work with following phases to be advanced as directed to bring the concept through full design and then support NJ TRANSIT during construction activities: Phase 1 - Conceptual Design (up to 10% Design) Phase 2 - Engineering (10% to Final Design) Phase 3 - Construction Assistance Services As a result of this RFP, NJ TRANSIT will enter into a Contract for Phase 1 services only. Technical Proposals shall include all Phases. Cost Proposal should only include Phase 1. |
