Steel Black Decorative Poles Each Bidder shall submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with their bid submittal. The City shall have the right to take such actions as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work contemplated by this IFB Bidders shall furnish to the City such additional information and data as may be requested and shall cooperate with the City in all respects. The City reserves the right to reject any bid where an investigation or consideration does not satisfy the City that the Bidder is qualified to carry out properly the terms of the contract documents
