| Description | C009 with C032, C047, C066 or C066 with C032, C047 EPDM Replacement, remove and replace the existing PUF roofing system. The low sloped design will provide new tapered insulation with an average R value of 30, with new copings and flashings, and a provision of a new flashing at all rising walls. We will provide a base bid of a 20 year warranty system (60 mils) and an alternate bid for a 30 year warranty system (90 mils). |
