The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace the Balcony Roof. Work is composed of, but not limited to, management and performance of construction period services, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, recording (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M million dollars. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The approximate Solicitation issue date will be 1 November 2022. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is tentatively projected for 10:00AM EDT on 8 November 2022. The approximate response due date for offers is 2 December 2022. It is the responsibility of the Potential Offerors to bring all necessary personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the Pre-Bid Site Visit.
