| Description | Provide winterization and de-winterization services, as described and specified herein. Services will be provided inside and outside of various County buildings. Services will be provided inside and outside of various county buildings. Services for winterization shall at a minimum include the following: shutting off the water supply to the building; draining and/or blowing all water out of the plumbing system and all fixtures; adding anti-freeze as required. Services for de-winterization shall at a minimum include the following: restoring water service to the building; flushing all lines and fixtures: monitoring all faucets, flush valves and drains for proper operation. All services shall be performed on a schedule provide by Property Management that conforms to the scheduled use of each building by other agencies. Property Management will provide access to each building. |
