Installation of a New Generac 300kW Generator at the Highland Heights Police and Fire Station

City of Highland Heights, Ohio is seeking proposals for the installation of a pre-purchased 300 kW Generac Diesel generator, including the installation of a new Generac ATS and MTS, along with All associated electrical wiring and equipment as per the attached drawings. 1. Assist the City with layout of all required conduit for a new City - Installed concrete slab on grade for the new generator. 2. Install a new Owner-purchased Generac 300kW generator and Owner-purchased Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Manuel Transfer Switch (MTS), as shown on the attached drawings and in accordance with the technical specifications. 3. Replacement of existing conductors, electrical connections, panelboards, and safety switches, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. 4. Furnish and install new underground conduits and conductors, complete, as shown on the drawings and in accordance with the technical specifications, including all necessary site restoration License / Permits Successful bidder must be registered and licensed to work in the City of Highland Heights and shall adhere to all local ordinances. Bidder is required to obtain all necessary permits from the Highland Heights Building Department. Any/All costs associated with obtaining permits and plans are the responsibility of the bidder. The CITY reserves the right to rescind award of any contract at any time before the execution of said Contract by all parties without any liability against the City,
