Backman Avenue: The purpose of Paving Backman Avenue and Cross Street located in Red Bank, SC. The work includes grading, paving, and installation of storm drainage system and all other work associated with the construction of this road for a total of approximately 4,245 LF of roadway. Lakewood Estates: The purpose of Paving Millwood Avenue, Crestwood Arch and Woodberry Avenue located in Red Bank, SC. The work includes grading, paving, and installation of storm drainage system and all other work associated with the construction of this road for a total of approximately 3,335 LF of roadway.
