Roof Replacement at the ADA Wastewater Treatment Plant Garage

The Sanitary Board of Bluefield is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement at the Ada Wastewater Treatment Plant Garage. The basic specifications are as follows: — Install new flute fill EPS insulation in the existing metal panel flutes – insulation to be 1¼” thick — Mechanically attach new ½” HD Polyiso insulation cover board (80PSI, R-value of 3) — Install a fully adhered .060? EPDM roof system – all details, flashing specs and terminations per manufacturer’s specifications — Fabricate ad install new edge made from 24 gauge Kynar finished steel. New edge metal to comply with ANSI-SPRI ES-1 details — Fabricate and install new gutters and downspouts made from 24 guage Kynar finished. New gutter to complete with current SMACNA details — Provide a manufacturer’s 15 year labor and material warranty upon completion — Acceptable manufacturer’s: Carlisle, Firestone, or state approved equal. The proposal is to include specifications from the proposed material manufacturer regarding the materials to be installed and their installation requirements, a schedule defining the overall length of the project and an estimated time from proposal acceptance to initiating the work to be performed.
