Magniflood James Madison, or Equal, Light Poles as Needed

The City of Yonkers wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase up to twenty (20) Magniflood James Madison Light Poles (Catalog No. JMA-1-12-Gloss Black), or equal, per specifications on page 45 of the bid document. The first order will be for an immediate delivery of six (6) units. The City will not guarantee a minimum order for any future orders. If bidding an equal, bidder must provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets must be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the City of Yonkers. Contract Term: Contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months after award. Delivery: The successful bidder will be required to deliver to City of Yonkers DPW Street Lighting located at 170 Saw Mill River Road, Yonkers, NY 10701 between the hours of 7:30am -2pm Monday through Friday. 24 hour advance notice must be given and vendor must call half-hour prior to delivery. The building is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for receiving packages via courier services and in person. If delivering bids in person, individuals must see the Public Safety Officer in the library atrium, who will contact Purchasing to meet the individual at the 3rd floor elevator.
