The work consists of the construction of a new, unconditioned CMU building with separate women's & men's restrooms, each with 4 sinks & 4 stalls. Site work includes new sidewalks connecting building to existing pavilion pad. Every request for interpretation shall be made in writing and submitted with all supporting documents Question Deadline 11/23/2023 The Work consists of: A new CMU building with either a composition shingle roof(base bid) or standing seam metal roof (alternate 2). The building will house separate men's and women's restrooms, each with 4 stalls and 4 sinks. The new building will not be conditioned. Site work will include new sidewalks connecting the building to the existing Director's Pavilion paving and connection to existing utilities. 1.
