Downtown Development Infrastructure Project Phase 1

Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for the construction of a municipal facility; municipal facility; and road / highway. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of constructing approximately 940 linear feet of complete street improvements. The construction of underground utilities including culinary water line, sanitary sewer line, and storm water facilities. Surface improvements include: two traffic lanes each direction, bicycle lanes, parking, sidewalk, a traffic semaphore, and street lighting. Aesthetic surface improvements include: Landscaped center island plaza, landscaped center traffic islands, and landscaped park strips. The project will also include construction of a restroom facility and splash pad in the center island plaza.
