The Set-Aside Trade Labor Contract for Academic Renovations program is intended to provide a rapid response to the needs of the University of Connecticut's Department of Academic Renovations to perform tasks within a limited window of opportunity in the renovation and refurbishment of University facilities including, but not limited to laboratories, libraries, academic and other departmental offices, student recreation and dining facilities, classrooms and lecture halls at the Storrs campus and regional campus locations including, but not limited to: Avery Point, Hartford, West Hartford, Stamford, Waterbury, and the University of Connecticut Health Center(UCH)in Farmington Prevailing Wages are required for all Projects issued under the Program. Question Deadline 06/28/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Program duration: 3 Years (initial term 1 year, with 2 options to extend 1-year periods each)
