Description

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) invites firms to submit a proposal in response to this RFP. The RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE") Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26, applicable to all its contracts regardless of funding source. The RTA strongly encourages vendors to make good faith efforts to utilize DBEs as subconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers or joint venture partners on this project.
