Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the three different projects included in the 2022 Dayton Parks Improvement Package. Major components of the work include: #1. Landscape planting including perennials and lawn seeding #2. Hayden Hills Neighborhood Park 1. Earthwork and final grading 2. Basketball court surfacing 3. Chainlink backstop and aglime surfacing 4. Park shelter 5. Playground areas 6. Asphalt trails 7. Double pickleball courts 8. Synthetic golf chipping and putting feature 9. Landscape planting including trees, shrubs, and lawn seeding #3. Elsie Stephens Special Use Park - Phase II 1. Earthwork and final grading 2. Gravel and/or paved trails 3. Gravel and/or paved roadways 4. Concrete curbing 5. Pedestrian bridges and concrete abutments 6. Site furnishings 7. Landscape planting including trees, shrubs, and lawn/native seeding
