Reconstruction SCR 1270 Phase 2

Reconstruction South County Road (SCR) 1270 Phase 2 Company shall furnish a Payment and Performance Bond for bids in excess of $50,000, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, such bond to be executed in five (5) original counterparts by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas and acceptable to the County. All requests for information must be submitted in writing. Responses to all questions received will be sent to each Vendor known to have copies of the Request for Bid. All questions should be submitted on or before 5pm Tuesday September 6, 2022. Questions received after said date and time will not receive a response. Answers and clarifications which are considered to materially change the solicitation will be issued as written addenda to the original RFP and will be posted to the Midland County website The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive formalities as deemed in the best interests of Midland County. Midland County also reserves the right to withdraw the bid request at any time and for any reason.
