| Description | This Section describes the method of measurement and basis of payment for all items of Work included in the Contract and specified in the Proposal. 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and services required to complete the Work specified herein and indicated on the Plans and other items necessary to complete the job, whether specifically mentioned or implied. Payment will only be made for the items listed in the Proposal Form. The Owner will make no allowances for items not included in the Proposal Form.
