| Description | SCOPE OF SERVICES A. The work consists of the following three(3) phases of construction and should be priced separately as base Bid #1, Base Bid #2 and Base Bid #3. 1. Base Bid #1: Roof a. The removal and replacement of the roof membrane system and associated components. b. Gas may only be shut-off over the weekend. 2. Base Bid #2: Facade a. The removal and replacement of brick cladding and installation of new metal flashing. b. Include Interior protection of all exterior facing offices and examination floors on all (3) floors of the RMB. 3. Base Bid #3: Atrium a. The installation of preformed silicone seal system and interior repairs at the atrium. b. Include interior protection of atrium from public access. |
