| Description | The intent of these specifications is to receive Bids for providing and shipping various replacement parts for a WEDECO TAK-55M (HP) Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System located within the UV Facility at the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority (“Authority”) Treatment Plant, located at 1050 East Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, NJ. Parts furnished under this contract shall be as manufactured by Xylem, WEDECO or equivalent. Bidders are welcome to bid on some or all of the items in EXHIBIT C. The contract may be awarded to more than one bidder, based on individual part pricing, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. |
