| Description | To implement a water quality monitoring program modeled on program initiated in 1976 that called for periodic sampling and testing of potential pollution sources to provide early warning signs of impending sewage problems. The WPCA seeks recommendations for additional sampling locations based on the actual development that has occurred since 1994 and that which is anticipated. The tasks detailed below include: reviewing past sampling locations and available test results; visual inspection, water sampling, and testing in original locations, and comparing results; providing recommendations for additional sampling locations based on development that has occurred and/or to establish baseline conditions, and providing an overall evaluation of results. |
