Description

This project is primarily a mechanical project. Contractor will demo and install (1) steam to hot water heat exchanger in Room 190 of the Research Support Building. The heat exchanger is end of life and needs to be replaced. New heat exchanger capacity and sizing will need to match existing heat exchanger being removed. A new relief valve will be installed with the new heat exchanger. All piping modifications and controls work will need to be accounted for, as well as, the logistics of old and new equipment leaving and entering the building.
